This Fitness Friday it’s all about loving your body so you feel fab for tomorrow – Valentine’s Day. Love it, or loathe it – it still exists and no matter if you have a fancy date, are going for cocktails with friends or a relaxing at home with a movie and popcorn we can all love ourselves a little bit more than we currently do.
Many find loving others natural, but find loving themselves harder. Personally I’m a big believer in exercise helping give you that little bit more body confidence. I always feel better about my body after a workout – it’s those happy hormones racing through the body!
So this Friday’s workout has a Love Your Body theme. This short workout has a number of simple moves that work your legs – perfect if you are heading out on a hot date or even for cocktails!
I love my leg workouts haha! I always do such many and it’s where I have noticed the biggest difference in the last two months xx
