This is one of my all time favourite ab workouts. It’s a bit of a killer to begin with but an easy one to master. There are a handful of moves which work many muscles in your core but there are lots of reps!
Unfortunately this workout alone wont give you Victoria Secret Model Abs – abs are created in the kitchen! But it will work them hard, make them ache and make you feel amazing (after you’ve completed it!)

Oh god I HATE ab workouts!! I did Kayla Itsine’s arms and abs workout yesterday and it was torture! I much prefer working legs!!
