What a rubbish week! I can definitely say that my eye has not been on the ball, I’ve fallen off the wagon etc. etc. However I know it’s not the end of the world. I know that each day is a fresh start.

This week my breakfast, lunch and snacks have been good (apart from the 2 bits of birthday cake in the office!) However in the evenings my will power has wavered and the healthy dishes I planned have been substituted for not so healthy ones. I think a mixture of a cold, hormones and the cold snowy weather have buried my will power and brought on cravings for stodgy carb heavy foods. My workouts too have been fairly none existent. I’ve done quite a few yoga flows throughout the week to relieve shoulder tension I’m suffering with but I haven’t yet started Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide. However my friend has and says she’s really enjoying the workouts, so I’m looking forward to tackle the first circuit tomorrow

However I’m not going to beat myself up about it – instead I just awake tomorrow with more determination that I’ve had this week. I know how horrible and uncomfortable I feel after eating healthy food so need to keep that in mind when I get cravings for pizza! My fridge is full stocked with healthy dishes and I’ll be prepping my breakfast and lunches this evening for the week ahead so I have no excuse!
