#RealJuice Days 5, 6 & 7

#RealJuice Day 5#RealJuice Day 5 2

Days 5, 6 and 7 on my #RealJuice plan were a mixed bag. Some highs and some lows that’s for sure! Find out all the info on the #RealJuice plan here – “#RealJuice… If It’s Good Enough For Millie Mackintosh”

Day 5 – Stir & Purr Sleep Tonic Juice

This juice is filled with cherries which contain lots of melatonin – a hormone which helps sleep. I admit I didn’t have mine right before bed, but I did enjoy it. So I will be making this one again and enjoying it before bed to see if it helps my sleep.

– 1 Green apple

– 7 Strawberries

– 15 De-stoned cherries

– 1/2 Cucumber

#RealJuice Day 6

Day 6 – Watermelon Cooler Juice

This juice is the high of the week and definitely my favourite! incredibly refreshing and the mint in it made it like a non-alcoholic mojito – what’s not to love! Plus the ingredients in this juice make it a total fat buster! The citrulline in watermelon has been shown to reduce the accumulation of fat in our fat cells.

– 1/4 Watermelon

– 1 Peeled Line

– 1 Handful of fresh mint

Day 7 – Hangover Helper Juice

Now day 7 is possibly the low of the week. This juice wasn’t really to my liking but then again I hate Bloody Marys and considering it’s based on that cocktail it wasn’t going to be my favourite. I didn’t drink it when I had a hangover so can’t say if it helped in that way but the tomatoes in this contain lots of lycopene and are seriously good for hydrating the body if you aren’t feeling great! I would like to give it a try when hungover to see if it does work, however the spice in it possibly won’t be great for those feeling sick.

– 3 Medium-size tomatoes

– 3 Stalks of celery

– 1 Peeled lemon

– 2cm Ginger

– 1 Jalapeno pepper

– 1/2 Cucumber

Do you have a juice that helps with your hangover? Would you try any of the juices above?
