Week two of Everything But The Cow’s Wake Up and Workout Challenge is complete! (You can read about week one here).
I’d hoped that this week I would actually get up each morning and do the workouts – I can’t say I have. There have been a couple of mornings where the snooze button won the battle and I completed the exercises in the evening instead – but hey at least I’m doing them!
One thing I have managed to do this week is drink the Everything But The Cow Protein Shake before leaving the house, meaning I start fuelling my body first thing in the morning to give myself plenty of energy and kick start that metabolism.
I’ve been combining the Everything But The Cow workouts with HIIT workouts in the evenings, and this combination of heavy cardio and toning is definitely working. I’m starting to feel more toned and my middle is definitely getting tighter – especially around my waist which is great!
I didn’t think there was much of an increase in intensity between week one and week two of Everything But The Cow’s Challenge, however week three which I’m starting today definitely sounds a lot tougher! I’ll keep you updated about how I do!
