1. Alarm goes off at 5.45am
2. Drink a pint of water
3. Workout for half an hour (most mornings – sometimes the snooze buttons wins!)
4. Jump into the shower
5. Change into work outfit for the day
6. Change workout again!
7. Run a comb through my hair
8. Go downstairs and put the news on
9. Apply makeup
10. Wakeup Matt if he isn’t already in the shower
11. Pack work bag and packed lunch
12. Jump in the car and head to work
5:45?! WOW. x

5:45? Ouchy. I hate that get up. How often do you snooze? I tend to do 2/3 am workouts a week. xx

I’ve snoozed too often recently, but like you aim to get up atleast 3 times for a morning workout. If I snooze, it’s a 6.15 get up.

You are just too healthy for me haha basically I sleep in the daytime and am up at night at the moment and seriously need to sort it out so I can get fit again xxx

Haha I just have a routine that I stick too. Wow that’s a strange routine… I was like that when I was a student.
