So I may be a little late discovering this one, but I thought it was too good not to share. Going from what I talked about last week this challenge works on the little and often way of doing things.
I’m not saying that this challenge will give you abs, because abs are made in the kitchen! So if that’s what you’re after you need to eat a clean diet. But this month long routine will help tone your middle section, improve your posture and tighten you up a little. These moves will only take 10 minutes to complete – and what’s ten minutes out of your day!
I really love these challenges you can do.. I just always forget to do them! :p
