… Torturing myself with Insanity. I’m currently on day 13 and looking forward to doing my Fit Test to see how much fitter I am compared to two weeks a go. I feel miles better and feel a lot stronger than I was.
…Reading Fast Exercise. Created by the man behind 2013’s diet of the year; the 5:2, this book is all about high intensity interval training (HIIT) – my favourite kind. I’m enjoying reading and learning more about it.
…Relaxing with a massage. One of my New Years Resolutions was to get a massage every 6 weeks to help repair and look after my muscles. My first one was bliss and has made me feel about 2 inches taller!
… Visiting this little guy. I used my new found freedom of being able to drive and tackled my first ever Motorway drive today. It was only up the M6 to Cumbria (the motherland), but was enough for a first time. I don’t think I did too badly and am looking forward to learning some more. I’m spending the weekend back at home getting a lot of cuddles from George (the dog in the pictrure).
