Iam going to start a new feature on my blog, so I’m consistently sharing my fitness progression with you.So I present to you all ‘Fitness Fridays’. Which basically means, each Friday I will post an article that is fitness related, fitness tips, new workouts, new equipment, reviews and much more.This will hopefully inspire you to try it the next week, and we can all get fitter together.
I know a lot of you may have made resolutions to get fit, loose a few pounds, tone up, drop a dress size. We would all like to find an easier way to do this because nobody wants to spend hours in the gym, and eating salad all the time, and we all know every little helps.
Studies have shown that doing a little bit of exercise often is a great way to build healthy, long term habits that we’re more likely to stick to. With that in mind, I discovered the Jumping Jack Challenge.
The idea is that each day you do a series of jumping jacks to get your heart beating a little faster. Each day you build on the number of jumping jacks you do.
Depending on your schedule and fitness level you can do these all in one go, or break them up throughout the day. I know when it comes to the 300, 400 and such I will definitely be breaking them up throughout the day to keep me moving.

Good!!! It does, but I suppose if we had started at the beginning of the month it wouldn't be too hard. I plan of splitting them up into sets of 100 or 50 through the day, it'll be easier to hit the target then π xx

i liked the idea, HOWEVER there is no way that only ONE jack burns 5 calories
